Fisch: How to Get Song of the Deep Relic

Fisch is a popular Roblox fishing game featuring a wide variety of fish to catch, including some rare and unique ones, along with over 400,000 possible variations for each. It goes without saying that while some fish are the easiest to catch, some require better equipment, luck, and skills. The good news is that the game offers relics to help you boost your chances of catching a rare fish by enchanting your fishing rod. One such relic is Song of the Deep, and here is how you can get it.

How to Get Song of the Deep Relic in Fisch

The only sure-shot way to get the Song of the Deep relic is from Captain Ahab in exchange for a Moby whale. Captain Ahab can be found in Moosewood near the dock and the leaderboard. He is an easy-to-spot NPC wearing a Blue suit and sporting a bearded look. The first step is to find and interact with him, and then he will tell you to bring him a Moby.

This was the easiest part of the guide; you will have to be patient for the second and final part. This is because Moby is a rare and secret fish that can be caught only during the Whale Migration Event. Since this event is triggered randomly, you will have to wait for the notification. The actual wait time varies by server, but there is a 20% higher chance during the rainy season. You can use Smokescreen and Tempest totems to fast-forward time to make it rain if you have waited a long time for the event to trigger.

One important thing to note is that there is no guarantee that the Moby whale will spawn even when the Whale Migration Event triggers. This is the reason you should be well-prepared for the time when it does appear on your server. The first thing to ensure is that you have the right fishing rod. You will need something like a Seraphic Rod or Heaven’s Rod (a high-tier rod) to reel in Moby, as it weighs a lot. A Shrimp or Squid bait will increase your chances of luring the whale. Lastly, you may have to try multiple times to get the rare whale.

Once you successfully catch a Moby, bring it to Captain Ahab and get your Song of the Deep relic. You can use this relic at the Keeper’s Altar to get the Blessed Song Enchant for a 40% Progress Speed on the fishing rod.

Final Thoughts

The Bestiary entry for the Song of the Deep relic describes it as “an immortal stone filled with the essence of a Divine Lantern Keeper. Returning it to its throne under the Statue of Sovereignty will result in your currently equipped rod being blessed with its immense power.” There are a few more ways to get this relic, like from Personal Aquarium and by completing an Angler’s quest, but they have very slim odds of being successful. It is the reason we recommend the Captain Ahab method, as it not only offers a better shot at getting the relic but is also repeatable.
