• First Money: Complete your first job.
• Do It ASAP: Complete a job under 1 minute to unlock this achievement. You can try doing tasks in different orders to achieve this. If you continue to struggle, make sure to upgrade your skills to increase the speed of completing tasks.
• Car Mechanic: Go to a house’s garage and hit the car with a hammer. “Home and Car”, “Pink Kingdom”, and “Garage with Bunker” houses will help you achieve this.
• Game Over: You need to sell every house in the game once.
• Knock, Knock: Buy Huckster’s House and knock on its front door a few times with a hammer.
• Perfectionist: Complete all orders by achieving 100% progress. You do not have to do this in a single attempt, and orders can be repeated as many times as possible.
• Junior Estate Agent: Sell 10 houses (renovation not required)
• Estate Agent: Sell 20 houses (renovation not required)
• Senior Estate Agent: Sell 50 houses (renovation not required)
• Millionaire: This achievement is unlocked once you make your first million euros. Set the in-game currency to Euro.
• Negotiator: Negotiate a sale by increasing the selling price by at least 50,000 Euros. Make sure to set the in-game currency to Euro. Selling “Alone House” is touted as the easiest way to earn this achievement.
• Strongman: Lift a car to earn this achievement. It can be earned while renovating a house or completing jobs.
• You’re Doing it Wrong: All you need to do is kill a cockroach with a hammer.

These achievements are pretty straightforward. All you need to do is sell houses to specific buyers as per their requirements and preferences.

• Whac A Mole: Remove all molehills present on one of the new DLC maps.
• Don Quixote: Install the Wooden Pedro Windmill and hit it with a hammer.

House Flipper HGTV DLC Achievements

• Down to the Last Penny: Use the entire budget for a job in the DLC
• Truly Open Space: Remove all walls of a house during one of your jobs.
• Whole Family: Make some space for a family gathering. You can get this by getting an 8-person dining room table or lifting a table and putting it back during the first job.
• All the Possibilities: Repeat any of the jobs you have already done, but select opposite choices from the last time.
• Chimney Sweeper: Use the fireplace during the “Uninvited Guests” job.
• Modern Solutions: During a job, look for a wall with an installed heater/radiator pipe and bust it with a hammer. Once the leak occurs, do not fix anything and sell the broken pipe instead.
• Time Warp: Open your portfolio and have a look at the before/after photos.
• Oliver’s Way: Select Oliver’s choices three times in a single job.
• Greta’s Touch: Select Greata’s choices three times in a single job.
• Homer’s House: Open the map and click on Homer’s house. It is the one with the purple car parked outside.
• Renovator: Complete all the jobs on the HGTV map.
• Beach Please: Move your office to a house with a beachfront in the DLC.

House Flipper Luxury DLC Achievements

• I Hope There’s No Cellar: Place an indoor swimming pool inside a room.
• Windows Update: Replace a total of 10 windows.
• The Furnisher: Fix/repair furniture during a job.
• I Fixed It!: Fix the yacht steering wheel with a hammer.
• Panorama: Take a picture of the DLC city from the Cliff House. Clicking the photo by the pool is the recommended method.
• Luxury is Always in Style: Complete all jobs in the DLC
• I Am Rich: Buy a house in the DLC
• The Wi-Fi Password, Anyone?: Move your office to one of the houses in the DLC
• Step Up Your Game: Renovate/fix a staircase during a job
• The Choice is Yours: Make a choice in the DLC for the first time.

• This Belongs in a Museum: During the “Family Values” mission, look for a secret room behind the waterfall behind the house. You will find a peacock statue in the room. Interact with the statue to unlock this achievement.

House Flipper Pets DLC Achievements

• What’s in the box?: Open the box during the DLC’s first job. Achievement will unlock after the job is done.
• A Journey Full of Fluffiness: Complete all jobs in the DLC
• Welcome to Cozy Village: Move your office to one of the houses in the DLC
• Caretaker: Go to Morgan’s Pet House and adopt a pet.
• Fresh, clean, and dry: Bathe your pet when it is dirty.
• It’s playtime!: Open the pet interaction menu and play with the pet.
• Tap-tap-tap…: Interact with the pet and ask it to follow you.
• Versatile Caretaker: Adopt three different animals from Morgan’s Pet House.
• The Floor is Your Canvas: Clean dirt/feces of an animal with a mop.
• Teamwork: Interact with the pet and take it to one of your jobs.
• They grow up so fast…: This achievement unlocks when your pet grows up to become an adult.
• Picture Perfect: Take a picture of your pet.

House Flipper Farm DLC Achievements

• Old McDonald: Buy at least one of each type of farm animal.
• Drone master: Earn all three perks of the High Tech Farmer branch of the skill tree.
• The Bigger the Better: Build a new building using the architecture tool.
• Music to My Ears: Buy a radio in the DLC and turn it on. This can be done either on the job or inside your house.
• A Long Day in the Countryside: Complete all jobs in the DLC
• Talented Roofer: Change or renovate the roof of a house.
• Free Spirit: Move your office to one of the new empty land/plot properties of the DLC
• Captain Hook: Use the grappling hook once you get access to it, but release it before landing
• Don’t Hold Your Horses: Ride a horse and jump over an obstacle
• Hardworking Farmer: Plant and harvest at least one of each crop type
• They’re all in One Basket: Have 20 eggs in your pantry. The pantry can be checked using the tablet.
• Just don’t get lost!: “Grandpa’s Surprise” job has a corn maze that you need to solve. Use the drone to get a better view of the maze, and you will be able to solve it quickly.

House Flipper Dine Out DLC Achievements

• Appetite Comes with Eating: Complete your first job in the DLC
• Land in Hot Water: During the job “Cloud-High Surprise”, fall down the hole to the floor below. You can also jump over a railing inside the building to get this achievement.
• The Way to One’s Heart…: Complete five jobs in the DLC
• The Cherry on Top: Complete all 10 jobs in the DLC
• Don’t Judge a Restaurant by Its Sign: Create a custom restaurant sign by editing it.
• 5 Flipper Stars: Make five recipes using the universal cooker
• Property Manager: Rent out five properties
• Why Live on Bread and Water?: Rent houses to earn 50,000 Euro
• Table, Deck Yourself!: Create 10 table layouts for the dining table.
• Flavours Hunter: Unlock all 31 recipes for the universal cooker. 11 recipes are unlocked via jobs, and 20 are unlocked via the skill tree.
