While it may seem like an odd preposition to some at first, trust me, it is such a unique spin on the game of golf that I would not blame you if you lost track of time playing it with your friends. This is probably the one place where you not only play golf but are also encouraged and rewarded for being as chaotic as you can be.
Just like most games out there, Super Battle Golf gives you plenty of customization and cosmetic items to make your character look unique, or even the most bizarre-looking golfer on the golf course. How to Customize Your Super Battle Golf Character Appearance
The first step to customizing your Super Battle Golf character is to visit the customization shop. This is a hard-to-miss apparel shop on the left side of the spawn area. You will see it has various clothing and cosmetic items on display, along with a board notifying about “Sale”. There are stairs that you need to take to reach the shop’s door. Press “E” to enter the shop when you are ready.
Super Battle Golf customization shop lets you choose from a wide range of options spread across 12 categories. Some of these are eyebrows, facial expressions, eyewear, headgear, hairstyle, mustache and beards, emotes, and costumes. Each category has multiple styles, which gives you the freedom to mix and match. This means even if you have not unlocked every item yet, you can still combine multiple items to create a truly unique look.
The most unique thing about customization in Super Battle Golf is that you can even change the appearance of your golf club and ball. For example, you can choose to make your golf club look like a chicken leg piece, a large candy, or a shovel. Similarly, you can replace the traditional golf ball with a tennis ball.
All of these customizations and cosmetic items can be purchased using in-game currency. You can earn currency by playing matches, performing well, and finishing matches. As of now, there are no in-game purchases to earn currency by paying real money.
How to Unlock Secret Items in Super Battle Golf Customization
As you might have noticed in the game or screenshots above, many customization categories have secret/hidden items marked by a question mark. These items can be unlocked by getting in-game achievements, which you get for completing specific tasks and objectives. This means even getting one achievement will unlock multiple secret items tied to that particular achievement.
One important thing to note is that all customization options and cosmetic items (including secret items) in the game are only for visual differences. They do not offer any gameplay and performance related advantage.
