Fortnite Festival is back, baby! In order to celebrate the impending release of the game’s Chapter 7 Season, publisher Epic Games has revealed new details about the music-festival-shooter-game mix with a new headliner: Lisa, of Korean pop group Blackpink fame, will helm the event.
The Fortnite Festival is a sort of immersive branding experience that marketing types love to promote — this one is specifically targeted at music fans who just so happen to take the occasional crack at online shooter games, a genre where Fortnite has been a dominant force for years now.
According to the trailer, which you can check out below, Lisa will have her own, ingame and track — both available on the new Starlux music pass — as well as a bunch of Lisa-themed cosmetics in the item shop. These will all run through the entire season, which officially starts on November 29.
Fortnite Chapter 7: Everything We know
Apart from the Fortnite Festival headlined by Lisa, Fortnite Chapter 7 is already the main target of a lot of speculation, most of which has already been confirmed by Epic Games. Here’s the main tea:
- Fortnite Chapter 7 will have a Hollywood theme, portraying several movies from several decades of the cinema industry.
- Earlier (now confirmed) leaks show Uma Thurman’s Beatrix Kiddo (the “Bride” from Kill Bill), while a handful of (yet unconfirmed) reports mention other collaborations, such as Back To The Future, SpongeBob SquarePants, South Park, and even music and sports collabs, such as Tyler the Creator and Formula 1.
- Fortnite Chapter 7 might also feature an American-based map, with a handful of coordinates sent to top creators that, once inquired in the internet, point out to Los Angeles. This, however, has not been confirmed or denied by Epic Games
Also, the new season will function as 2025’s end year event for Fortnite, which has been riding high waves in popularity with The Simpsons collaboration event from November 1st. The event marked the intermission between Chapters 6 and 7.

Oh and uh…no word on that other, possible crossover, nor if it has anything to do with these announcements…
