Oy, there! Remember when we said Deadpool would be a bit of a weird thing in Marvel Rivals? Well, it turns out we were mostly right, but also we got a little more than we had guessed.

NetEase just released a new character reveal trailer highlighting all details of the gameplay involving the Merc with a Mouth, and it turns out it’s just as bonkers as the character in the comic books.

That’s because, when we anticipated Deadpool being a dual-class character in Marvel Rivals, we got it wrong: he can actually switch between three roles.

Yup, the crazy lunatic can be a Synergist, a Vanguard and a Duelist, adopting gameplay mechanics from all three for a more rounded experience.

You can see every detail below:

In other bit of news, it seems Marvel Rivals’ Deadpool will also be voiced by Alejandro Saab, who may be recognized by some very iconic roles he portrayed in gaming and general media, such as Rafa (Borderlands 4), Kaigaku (Demon Slayer/Kimetsu no Yaiba), Shallot (Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO), Dr. Osvald Weinstein (Octopath Traveler II), Jules (Final Fantasy VII Remake), Anton Ivanov (Zenless Zone Zero) and Cyno (Genshin Impact), to name a few.

Quite the diverse resume, one would say.
