Sony has revealed the list of video games that will join PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in January 2026. Resident Evil Village and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth are the biggest attractions of this month’s lineup. A total of eight games will be available for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers. There is one classic title exclusive to PS Plus Premium members.
PlayStation Plus Game Catalog January 2026 Games
Resident Evil Village (PS5 and PS4)
Resident Evil Village (2021) is the most recent game in the iconic survival horror franchise Resident Evil. Its story takes place a few years after the events of its predecessor, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. Our protagonist, Ethan Winters, is looking for his kidnapped daughter in a mysterious European village filled with mutant creatures. It is one of the best Resident Evil games and something you can play or replay as you wait for the upcoming Resident Evil: Requiem. The game was also added to the Xbox Game Pass earlier this month.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth (PS5 and PS4)
If you are a fan of the Yakuza series of role-playing games, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is a must-play. It is the first game in the series set outside of Japan. The game’s story takes our protagonist Ichiban Kasuga to Honolulu City, Hawaii, in search of his mother. He makes new friends and enemies as he explores the new land. He also ends up meeting the game’s second protagonist, Kazuma Kiryu, a legendary figure in the series that needs no introduction.

- Ridge Racer (PS5 and PS4)
