In Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, purchasing goods makes up a good chunk of the gameplay experience. Whether you’re looking for ingredients for cooking, mid-tier weapons, or simply browsing, pretty much every store in the game has you covered.

Now, if you’re looking for more exclusive items, then you would be hard-pressed to find a better selection than the Nyandin and Mou Secret Shop. Named after the merchant duo, this is an itinerant store that offers weekly stock of items ranging from enhancement stones to premium gear-evolving components that cannot be found elsewhere.

Here’s how to find them.

Where is the Nyandin and Mou Secret Shop?

The most common way to locate the elusive merchant duo is to head to the mountains near the Pernes Timberland waypoint. Once you arrive, look for a large, bison-like creature carrying a small house on its back. That is Mou, the mobile base for the duo’s enterprise. This shop does not appear on your standard map icons, so you must physically scout the area to find them roaming cliffs or hillsides.

Beyond the Timberlands, the duo frequently appears in two other scenic but remote spots: the Firefly Grave, high in the surrounding mountains, and the Windshare Holder, where they are positioned on specific rock formations far from the main paths.

Lastly, in addition to these open-world locations, the secret shop also sets up inside three specific dungeons: the Ferzen Mines, the Gila Dungeon, and the Spider Dungeon. In the Ferzen Mines, they are tucked away behind a locked door that requires a key dropped by a nearby boss. In the Spider and Gila dungeons, they are usually found near mini-boss arenas or at the end of straightforward gliding paths.

However, simply going to the store’s spawn point is not enough, as Nyandin and Mou are very particular about when they appear in each region.

Mastering the Spawn Times and Clock Tricks

Tracking down the Nyandin and Mou Secret Shop can be tricky. The game does not provide notifications for their appearance, and their schedule adds another layer of difficulty.

Timing is key. Based on the in-game clock, here are the usual spawn times:

  • Pernes Timberland: Around 6:00 AM
  • Firefly Grave: Around 7:00 PM (19:00)
  • Windshare Holder: Around 12:00 PM (noon), though this location is less consistent

If you reach a location and the shop is not there, a common trick is to adjust the in-game clock. By setting the time to a few minutes before the expected spawn and staying at the location, you may be able to see Nyandin and Mou appear in real time.

If they still do not show up, try teleporting away and returning or restarting your session, as their appearance can be affected by server timing and weather conditions. Be quick to interact with the shop as well. Some players report that it can disappear within seconds if left idle.

The dungeon locations are more straightforward and less dependent on timing. In the Ferzen Mines, take the minecart along the standard route until you reach a locked door guarded by a boss called “The Walking Guardian.” Defeat it to obtain the key, clear nearby enemies, and you will find the shop hidden behind a large campfire in the back of the room.

In the Gila Dungeon, the shop is widely considered the easiest to access. Simply jump down at the start and glide straight toward the merchant. In the Spider Dungeon, the shop can be found at the top of the arena after defeating the second mini-boss or the Spider General.. Finally, the Spider Dungeon spot can be found at the top of the arena, after defeating the second mini-boss or the Spider General.

While secret shops are nothing new in gacha games or games in general, Seven Deadly Sins: Origin integrates this feature in a way that ties naturally into exploration. You can ignore it, but the convenience and value it offers often outweigh the effort of obtaining similar items through quests or events.

There is also a subtle resemblance to The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, as the time-based mechanic brings a familiar sense of urgency and planning into a modern setting. Whether intentional or not, it adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is available as a free download for PC, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android, with optional microtransactions.
